Summary

I have served an instrumental role in the success of past employers impacting corporate profitability, productivity, and competitive performance through skillful alignment of technical resources with enterprise mission. With more than 8 years of combined experience in the telecommunications, Construction, catering, Maintenance, Events, Tourism and Hospitality and Poultry production, I have built and managed multiple ICT teams, ICT infrastructure, versatile ICT programs, multiple enterprise business systems and service delivery. I offer extensive experience leading start-up, revamp and smooth manipulation of ICT department, delivering high quality service and ICT projects on-time and on-budget in lined with the company’s vision and strategy.
Examples of my key achievements include:
• Managed teams of 18+ IT professionals both on-shore and off-shore, in 24×7 operations and multiple projects rollouts.
• Built and managed a best of breed heterogeneous infrastructure comprised of technologies from 3com, Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft, VMWare, barracuda, Symantec, Kaspersky and Sophos etc. and business critical applications like Oracle ERP, Oracle CRM, oracle HRMS and other oracle technology based systems with a capital and operating annual budget of $7M.
• Successfully turned around an under-performing technology teams through strong performance management and goal setting.
• Run 24/7 ICT operations with the RAS of 99% (Reliability, Availability & Serviceability).
• Implemented WAN and LAN across all the offices in Saudi Araba to establish a unified network in two months of time.
• Saved heavy cost of international calling via deployment of an advance IP Telephony infrastructure across Saudi Arabia.
• Transformed traditional datacenter to a private cloud based datacenter via virtualization and consolidation infrastructure along with a unified WAN deployment which did not save only the cost of several servers, storage and logistics but brought the data transfer and consolidation time from days to minutes and enabled business to generate management report quickly.
• Implemented ERP (Financials, HRMS, SCM) and CRM(Mirnah) systems in one years of time for all branches in Saudi Arabia where meeting separate requirements of business and regulator of each City was a challenge.
• Vat and year 2018 readiness.
• A successful DR center preparation and activation.
• Last but not the least, built strong ICT teams to contribute in a successful delivery of all above.
