Leading effort in coordinating and managing the MEP trades who will work with Project team to ensure successful completion of all MEP works with high quality.
 Handling all Electrical, Mechanical works & Low Current.
 Monitoring project schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality project execution.
 Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time.
 Manage, lead and provides guidance, managerial, technical support to MEP teams throughout duration of the project including Commissioning, Close-Out and Turnover to Owner.
 Attending regular meetings with Client to discuss key issues related to project& take effective corrective actions.

Planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects within the project scope.
 Project engineering schedules and forecasts. Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables. Prepare weekly project status reports and order changes and report to the Project Manager.
 Prepare/review and track material requisition for all major electrical equipment and associated instrumentation- cabling, fittings etc.
 Prepare Technical Queries and Technical Bid Evaluations for MV switchgear, transformer, UPS, Lighting Fixture and cables.
 Coordinate and follow up on the Material Take Offs (MTO) and check cabling route clashes.
 Liaise with designers for correct bill of materials on their isometric drawings and thus for the total MTO.
 Ensure all material and specification is fit-for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule.
 Conduct Client/contractor meetings and resolve Client/engineering and management project issues.
 Project coordination and liaison with civil / Mechanical teams, suppliers and subcontractors

Studying all tender documents and estimation cost of electrical work for Capital Marketing Authority (CMA) Tower multistory Building (4B+PODIUM+75 STORY) in King Abdullah financial district – KSA, Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi - UAE.
 Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.
 Preparation of BOQ for certain tenders.
 Tender study and submission procedures follow-up.
 Sending inquiries to suppliers.
 Follow-up for receiving quotations.
 Discussing deeply technical offer for MV&LV switchgear, Mcc’s and all systems.
 Preparation break down for LV switchgears, Mcc’s, distribution boards to reach for good solutions and prices.
 Preparation of comparison and pricing for tenders.
 Technical Clarification and Technical Specification Approval with vendors and other Topside Package Vendors.
 MTO checking of fabrication isometric drawing, mark-up and spooling.
 Prepare quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, design.
 In charge for client contact and communication pertaining to project requirements.
 Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.
