Job Descriptions: Currently my job activities are to ensure Planning and Implementation of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (Electrical/Mechanical) schedules of - 125/000 Kg/Day Processing Unit:- Dyeing Division (Fong’s/Sclavos/Thies) Automatic and High Capacity Machines and their control panels networking with Sedo Treepoint GmbH via Ethernet cables.-• Finishing Division (Monforts/ Corino/ Santex/ Ferraro/ Erhardt+Leimer/ Navis Tubetex) world’s best/ large textile machines and their control panels. - 9 Saturated Steam Boilers {12 BIB (12 Tons/h)/ 1 Wuxi (25 Tons/h)}. - 4 Thermo Oil Heaters (Each: 6 Mcal/h).- 22 MW Electrical Power House {Generators: 16 Waukesha (Each 1MW)/ 6 Caterpillar (Each 1MW)}. - 11KV HT/LT sub-stations.- Supervise commissioning of new installations (Under Erecting)- High Pressure (65 bar) Steam Boiler (80 Tons/ h) by Hangzhou Boiler Group. - 15 MW Steam Turbine Condenser Type by Hangzhou Boiler Group.- Yarn Dyeing Unit 10 Tons/Day.

 Project on high efficiency motors with Siemens/ USAID & CBL.- Audit on LUWA AC Plant.- Feasibility study on industrial Energy saving techniques with Philips & ABB.- I studied about Industrial Atomization/ Inverters/ PLCs/ High efficiency motors/ power generation & transmission and management skills.

 Firstly: Learned about the GSM network/ wave propagation/ and mobile communication. - 2ndly: I have worked as an Intern Field Engineer on Mobilink GSM Network/ plan for cluster sites and their look after with Preventive Maintenance/ Corrective Maintenance.- HOTO Audits on Zong & Mobilink clusters. - Troubleshooting of Microwave Equipment (NEC 16 E1)/ Generators (Jhondeere/ Perkins)/ BTS (Huawei/ Motorola)/ Rectifiers (Delta/ Eltech) and UPS.
