Working hard at Emirates Airlines provided a chance to go through an excellent training conversions courses managed by an elite training organization. I took the opportunity to learn from the professional pilots in the industry and to further expand my knowledge and skills to a higher standard in the training program. My passion for aviation has lead me to work for one of the best in the industry. Working for Air Arabia gave me the chance to enhance my abilities and my knowledge in human factors and its fundamental trails. Also, coping with time pressure helped me manage the cockpit workload in order to achieve a safe operation while attaining an on time performance. In addition, I learned how to make timely decisions that play a vital importace for the safe outcome of the airplane. While keeping a high level situational awareness, I am able to adapt to change as the environment around us is constantly changing. Applying the fundemental trails of CRM has taught me how to identify threats before going unnoticed and mitigating errors using correct procedures, knowledge and team work.
