• Directs Site Engineers as to day to day tasks according to the site master schedule
• Reports to and supports the project manager on all issues on site
• Assist with site review to ensure that work is performed as specified and applicable standards are met.
• Resolve the changes to the scope of work within drawings, or specifications to be highlighted
• Ensures daily progress/production is keeping pace with project master schedule and take corrective action when delay occur
• Continuously seeks methods to improve productivity and reduce cost on site
• Reviews up to date cost accruals against project budget to ensure compliance
