I hold A Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a BA in Social Sciences. Currently work at the well renound food outlet Domino's Pizza. I hold shift Managers post. I am responsible for the maintenance of the store. This incudes monitoring and logging daily Kpi 'and staff rotas, cleanliness of the store, by making sure HACCP regulations, Hazzard Analysis and Critical Control Points are adhered with to ensure the safety of food and and standards. I am chef and make pizzas on a daily basis and hold food safety certification and training in management of and maintenence oof food storage and ordering. I AM responsible for ensuring that all foods are regulated according to the health and safety standards .. This means ensuring food is dated before its best by date. And frozen foods are stored at correct tempetures and thawed according to regulations of the company.
