Maintain budget cost control and report relevant budget and revenue information
Support a wide variety of building and operations systems.
The job has 3 ways (management, maintenance and facilities)
1-The maintenance: issuing and closing work permits to the maintenance team after inspecting the works locations safety requirements.
2-The management: Submitting day to day Maintenance works reports to the director (electrical, mechanical, HVAC and hydraulic machineries)

HIEI has more than 10 buildings. I have to make sure that all buildings and grounds are maintained.
