ï‚· Offer technical support to the executive staff for internal network functions and any Internet- enabled applications.
ï‚· Answer calls related to employee computer problems, determine if the reported problems are related to related hardware or software, and solve the problem accordingly.
ï‚· Install and run operating systems.
ï‚· Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
ï‚· Anticipate needs and submit orders for replacement hardware as necessary.
ï‚· Ensure existing computer equipment are up-to-date.
ï‚· Repairing and fixing of computer hardware.
ï‚· Ensure that equipment is secured and stripped before disposal.
ï‚· Preparing reports on maintenance operations and providing recommendations for possible solutions.
