Processing business needs from KKU business owners and stake holders, translating them into operational applications and services (both application services & integration services), with the emphasis on the use of business process blue printing, use case models, re usability models, data dictionaries, and iterative development through the usage of iteration plans.

Achievements:
- Re-engineering various legacy applications to become web based Applications and to fully integrate with KKU enterprise; leading 3 cooperative teams: Requirement management team, J2EE team developing web applications using JSF framework, PowerBuilder desktop application development team.
- Re-engineering KKU financial module (GL) to comply with new financial laws, operations, and processes issued by the ministry of finance for the financial year 2016.
- Integration of GRP with Web services layer to integrate client –server arch. With web business layer developed in the middleware.
- G2G Integration Service Bus (MOHE,Yasser): intended to serve as a focal point to access governmental services imposing security and limiting hits to services through cashing and info. retrieve on demand.
- TAWASOL Service (SMS, e-mail, task communication services).
- Hawkama project is the first system of its kind in Saudi Arabia (at that time) intended to serve as governance index for Saudi market.
- Financial Commercial System (FCS): intended to operate as student fund resource planning for KKU student fund dept. (GL/AP/AR).
- Student Fund (SF): for student financial aids, loans, employment. (SF) is fully integrated with HR, SIS and on top of FCS.
- Student Fund Extra Services (SFES) : Student portal services on top of SF.
- Some integration projects include: Jadeer university accreditation integration, HASEB ERP integration, Hadir a finger print system, PayTabs financial transactions integration with various merchants within KKU, Symphony Library system integration.

Played a key role in the project of \"Software perpetuation in IT\" which aimed to adopt and utilize multi-layer web development approach, requirement management methodologies, and establishing requirement management unit.

Other responsibilities were:
- System analysis using RUP methodology and modeling using UML.
- Optimizing requirement management process by providing proof of concepts to asses RM activities, fine tune team performance and to deliver a better SDLC.
- Leading IBM WebSphere development team consists of 6 developers developing Web applications using IBM Portlet Factory and WebSphere integration developer; SOA based and deployed on WebSphere
Application Server.

Main Projects: Financial Commercial System (FCS), developing almost all functional requirement, integration layer components on “Oracle” backend using PL/SQL.

A team member Involved in the development of a huge government Payroll system tailored for K.K.U as an educational establishment.

Achievements:
- Enhancing KKU applications infra structure - at desktop level- to adopt SSO, this included PowerBuilder & Oracle desktop applications.
- Employee Vacations Module.

A team member Involved in the development of ‘Auto link’ ERP Solution tailored for automobile companies and cars dealership.

Achievements:
- Enhance the solution to adopt new business trends especially in VMS Module - ‘Vehicles Management System‘.
- Enabling multi-currency features in the system.
- Enhance \'Auto link\' traditional menu driven interface into XP Look and feel.
- Implementing and supporting \'Auto link\' at well-known cars dealership firms such as ‘Ford’, ‘Mitsubishi ‘, and ‘Isuzu & Citroen’.
- In charge of developing & implementing a rent-a-car module for the benefit of ‘SIXT - Shaheen Group’.

My responsibilities varied from office automation and Software development to data backup, network and system administration.

My main achievements were creating an operation based solution for the establishment that included the following:
- Spare Parts and Maintenance System.
- Procurement and Requisitions System.
- Inventory Control Software System.
- Sales Management Software System.
