Processing business needs from KKU business owners and stake holders, translating them into operational applications and services (both application services & integration services), with the emphasis on the use of business process blue printing, use case models, re usability models, data dictionaries, and iterative development through the usage of iteration plans.

Achievements:
- Re-engineering various legacy applications to become web based Applications and to fully integrate with KKU enterprise; leading 3 cooperative teams: Requirement management team, J2EE team developing web applications using JSF framework, PowerBuilder desktop application development team.
- Re-engineering KKU financial module (GL) to comply with new financial laws, operations, and processes issued by the ministry of finance for the financial year 2016.
- Integration of GRP with Web services layer to integrate client –server arch. With web business layer developed in the middleware.
- G2G Integration Service Bus (MOHE,Yasser): intended to serve as a focal point to access governmental services imposing security and limiting hits to services through cashing and info. retrieve on demand.
- TAWASOL Service (SMS, e-mail, task communication services).
- Hawkama project is the first system of its kind in Saudi Arabia (at that time) intended to serve as governance index for Saudi market.
- Financial Commercial System (FCS): intended to operate as student fund resource planning for KKU student fund dept. (GL/AP/AR).
- Student Fund (SF): for student financial aids, loans, employment. (SF) is fully integrated with HR, SIS and on top of FCS.
- Student Fund Extra Services (SFES) : Student portal services on top of SF.
- Some integration projects include: Jadeer university accreditation integration, HASEB ERP integration, Hadir a finger print system, PayTabs financial transactions integration with various merchants within KKU, Symphony Library system integration.
