- Support the Project with the day-to-day activities and processes.
- Track & monitor the project’s workflows and progress.
- Follow-up with assigned tasks to project assistants.
- Generate supportive memos and letters.
- Carry out the HR duties related to the project’s staff.
- Handle the internal communication activities.
- Assisting with staff requirements regarding training and career growth.
- Any other administrative duties assigned by the line manager.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain office policies.
- Providing orientation materials and introducing new hires to relevant
policies, procedures, and company culture.
