-Mentor and coach business development team and project team with the right practice and correct engagement.
-Monitor and report the performance of business development, account management and project management and compare it to the business plan.
-Intervene whenever needed to correct the performance, recommend a recovery actions and perform gap analysis.

Automate all business results and performance in dashboards for CEO and EVPs showing business performance like pipeline and opportunities. Financial performance like sales, order, price cost ratio and gross margin. Project performance like CPI, SPI & estimate at completion.

-Lead and manage a team of project managers, project engineer, project administrator and financial controller in Enterprise sector and Oil & Gas sector.
-Resolve conflicts and solve issues shown either with customers or subcontractors related to these sectors.
-Predict risks, qualify them, quantify them and prepare best responses that suitable for them.
-Working together to perform & manage projects from scratch to closure through initiation planning design implementation and control.
-Discuss the scope with stakeholders and confirm it in order to create scope of work document.
-Plan project activities, manage the process of procurement and control over the project budget following the best practices to close the project within budget and up to schedule.
-Prepare & contribute in creating proposal, estimate cost and time, prepare project scope statement document, project management plan document, contribute in bidding conferences.

I participated in business need study of the projects and managed a bunch of separate projects, contribute in negotiation of subcontracting in some parts of the project based on expertise, cost and time plan of the subcontractors. My role include but not limited to manage project team, schedule, cost, scope, define risks and manage them, closing projects with lesson learned report.

Work with a team of supervisors and technicians resolve any faulty within electrical equipments and that include bus bars and switchgears of 115kv to 13.8kv, transformers, relays, motors and 8 s/s in SAFCO premises. Sometimes our efforts need to be combined with operation, mechanical or instrument sections. In such cases we make a team to overcome any difficulty. Ex, a valve doesn’t work while it is connected to a motor we have to check them both the electrical motor and mechanical valve. I contribute in SABIC Total reliability Program and lead one group for four months the summary of this program goals is to do risk quality and quantity analysis. I was one of SAFCO SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) committee members for one year to provide employees, their families and the community by some awareness, booklets and activeness.

Work in new projects as a technical project engineer to prepare a plan of testing and pre commissioning activities from the country of origin to the S/S based on American standard and specification starting from 230kv GIS (Gas Insulated Switch gear) to the MCB (Minitual Circuit Breaker) including all electrical equipments like CT, VT, CB, TR, bus bars 132KV, switchgears 33KV and all kind of relays. This role provide me an excellent diverse experience covered all S/S equipments through almost three years.
