 To prepare master schedules for all projects including Resource Schedules, Execution methodologies, Milestones.

To prepare, Review, and manage the following issues:
 Preparation, review, updating and distribution of the Project Quality Plan.
 Review of Quality documentation to be issued by Contractor.
 Assignment of Quality related tasks within the framework of the project
 Review of Inspection Reports and of related Non – conformance Reports
 Evaluation of Suppliers/Sub-contractors’ Quality systems Verification, by means of a planned Audit schedule that the established Quality Program is being implemented by Subcontractors
 Managing Quality Control functions for the Project including planning of Quality Control inspections and preparation of reports.
 Monitoring on a day to day case Contractor Project complaints with the approved quality plan(s)
 Determining and reporting to the Project Manager the principal causes of quality loses/lapses.

Prepared all Mix designs as" MOT & AMANA SPECIFICATION" for all Layers of Infrastructures, Sub-base, Base Course, Concrete mix design , and Asphalt.
 Make investigation for all layers and determination type of materials.
 Follow-up project from beginning to end and that the daily periodic sampling to ensure quality control of the work in the laboratory and for all stages of the work necessary adjustments so that the required.

Monitoring and checking all the civil construction activities being performed by the Contractor daily and ensuring that construction items are carried out on time and within budget in a safe and quality-oriented manner.
 Attend daily/ weekly coordination and progress meetings with the top management and the contractor.
 Participate in the review and approval of Method Statements and Safe Systems of Work procedures.
