Putting together the required and qualified team;
Setting KPI’s for the team;
Put the working procedure for the Beauty Center;
Putting together a reporting system for the team;
Producing a monthly, quarterly and yearly report to the GM;
Conduct weekly management review meeting with the team to review the procedure, new products and any customer complaints or requests;
Build a list of local suppliers for the products;
Conduct negotiations with the suppliers to the best interest of the Beauty Center;
Oversee the agreements with the suppliers;
Oversee the employment agreements with the staff after obtaining the approval of the GM;
Prepare a yearly budget and obtain approval of the GM;
Oversee the planning and execution of the Marketing and promotions strategy;
Put together a client review system and loyalty program;
Contact clients following assessment of review system;
Training staff, with continuous training to be conducted on either existing services and new services;
Research and select new services to be implemented in the Beauty Center;
Submit a business proposal for any new services to be implemented to the GM;
Review and maintain the proper functioning of spa equipment;
Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards;
Ensure all customer feedback (guest questionnaires, verbal comments, emails, etc) is used to inform changes in practice and provide staff training or corrective actions to ensure high standards are maintained;
