Key Accountabilities Key Activities

1. Management of Inbound Activities • Monitor, follow-up, and expedite inbound purchase orders and stock transfers in line with inventory requirement, and stock turnover strategy
• Manage the ASN process ensuring proper sample check and on-time scheduling of inbound deliveries.
• Ensure compliance to the receiving process in the warehouse in accordance with LOGD policies, SOP, SFDA regulations and best practice.
• Ensure all receiving related documents are correct and ensure that discrepancies are resolved and ensure proper filing and records
• Coordinate with inventory team and ensure process adherence for applicable software systems.
• Ensure proper supplier performance monitoring structures are in place, report key related indicators to LOGD management.
• Manage supplier and associated contractors (i.e. 3PL) relationship, ensure to maximize value for LOGD business including provisions of applicable fines and warnings.
• Ensure warehouse stays safe and clean (e.g. 5S)
• Analyze and resolve any on-site work-related issues
• Any related activity assigned by the warehouse management

2. Reporting and Control • Develop, monitor, and manage Inbound related key performance metrics and ensure compliance
• Monitor inbound process compliance with SLA, GDP, and best practice and ensure compliance of all subordinates with all relevant laws and regulations and reports any discrepancies

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
+8 years of experience in warehousing role
3 years in warehouse management role
Knowledge of distribution center operations and processes
