Norconsult Telematics is working as a consultant for the Ministry to help them in achieving their target of providing 2 million+ connections in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are looking to hire a senior Saudi National only who will look after all paperwork, apply of Permit, understand the challenges, the reason of delays, remove bottlenecks and guide three roll-out partners as Its Ministry's project based at Riyadh.
A person shall have a strong knowledge of Civil and Construction work, steps, and challenges, ideally with Engineers degree in civil or Telecom.
Must have hands-on experience in playing a similar role to coordinate and manager timely permits from local municipalities.
Must have good senior personality, confidence, smart and good English speaking skills as well.
Must have 5-10 year of Work Experience.
