Job Description

 Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.) from the CEO office, Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned Prioritize daily administrative tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms Prepare statistical reports. Manage spreadsheets. Greet and receive a visitor. Coordinates office management activities. Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly. Prepare the agenda for meetings and minutes Comply with established health & safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety, and welfare of self on others. Respond quickly and appropriately to worker concerns and cooperate ’in their correction. Take the matter to a higher level if beyond the supervisor’s authority/ability. Set an example by being consistently safety conscious, and insisting on the safe performance of work


• Fluent in English reading, writing & speaking, Arabic language is an advantage.
• Should portray a fair leadership style and be easily approachable for all employees, while possessing following additional competencies:
• Should possess skills in decision making, analytical, problem solving skills, stress management, time management and effective communication skills.
• Processing programs at a highly proficient level.
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation abilities and excellent organizational skills.
• Should possess integrity and high confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office
