Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attend to telephone inquiries and pass the necessary information to the Manager.
  • Assist HR & Admin Manager during the performance appraisal.
  • Maintain Appraisal documents for all employees.
  • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate, monitor, and review departmental attendance system (vacation).
  • Establish and maintain an effective filing system for handling a variety of documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Perform secretarial duties for the department that includes typing letters, statistics, and general reports.
  • Drafting Arabic & English letters
  • Working on presentations for the company
  • Any other required duties tasked by the department head.


• Diploma, Associate or Bachelor in Business Admin, HR or equivalent.
• Combination of Education and progressive experience will be considered.
• Excellent customer service.
• Must be familiar with local laws and regulations.
• Should adhere to the work schedule and show the positive approach to every employee
