• Drive all project related team tasks / meetings from pre-development / development through to construction and take a leadership role in making sure all parties are prepared and informed of deadlines and deliverables
  • Managing conceptual design of projects and liaising with Design team, Construction team and local authorities
  • Manages overall project including schedule, cost / budget, risk, quality, and safety
  • Assesses the impact (s) of technical flaws and advise on design solutions, construction changes and schedule slippages
  • Key stakeholder management through the project life cycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Architectural / Engineering degree
  • Must have delivered a hotel project within the last 5 years
  • Consultancy / client side experience only
  • PMP preferred
  • 10 years overall experience
