Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires.
Leverage all recruiting channels, including internal career site, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Plan for manpower periodically to ensure and forecast needs.
Conduct job design and analysis and evaluate jobs to achieve maximum organization effectiveness and goals.
Source potential candidates through all assigned channels.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Build recruitment database and monitor shortlisting and selection criteria throughout the year.
