JOB OVERVIEW:
- Oversee the management and operation of the residential compound by providing leadership and motivation to the operations team.
- Effectively communicate community objectives to staff through training and delegation in accordance with the company's brand guidelines.
- Promote a positive, growth-oriented environment for property staff.
- Develop a motivated team through effective personnel management.
- Lead by example, setting and communicating clear standards to guide staff to fulfill their potential.
- Preserve and enhance community conditions.
- Follow up with compliance issues or correction requests.
APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Preferably a Graduate
- Prior experience of at least 2 years and above in housing management or a related field such as Facility management, or Hotel Management. Alternative background must include experience in housing public and private hospitals.
- Must possess fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- The applicant must portray high self-confidence, personal leadership, good appearance and care.
- Must be a Female Saudi Citizen, with an experience in dealing with residents and must have a considerable experience in managing employees.
