Job Description

1. Ensure MEM Associates Comply with all Safety Standards, Monitor & Report any Non-Conformance.

2. Assign the Job Tasks to MEM Supervisors and Set the Monthly and Yearly Targets for them to Ensure that Company and Department Objectives are Met.

3. Plan and Schedule Training of MEM team to Develop their Skills and Improve Performance.

4. Support S&D Department to Maximize the Utilization of Equipment Asset Base which Reflects on Business Development, Market Share, and Profitability.

5. Implement MEM AC&T Best Practice Processes to Increase Asset Productivity and Minimize Assets Losses.

6. Implement MEM QS&R Best Practice Processes to Maximize Customer Satisfaction, Increase MEM Team Productivity, and Minimize Breakdown Time.

7. Track, Analyze, and Report MEM KPI’s to Management and Set Action Plans to Improve it.

8. Prepare Annual Operation Plan (OPEX & CAPEX), Review Actual Expenses Periodically and Implement Controls.
