Role Purpose:
- Perform machines/equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain KPIs’ (FDT, MTBF, MTTR).
Accountabilities:
- Troubleshoot and fix all Instruments problems on the bottling lines.
- Maintain electrical equipment and electrical controlsoperation in highest availability and quality demands.
- Modify circuits of electrical equipment and controls systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance of bottling equipment.
- Implement continuous improvement systems ( OPL, CBA and CIP )
- Adhere to HSE, QEA, AIBI and food safety regulations in work to fulfill regulatory and system compliance (mention standards as applicable).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Diploma in Industrial electricity engineering technology
- 2-3 years plant maintenance experience, preferably in beverage industry.
- Knowledge in PLC and HMIprogrammingand configuration
- 3-5 years’ experience in PLCs’ programming, troubleshooting and hardware configurations
- Knowledge in servo systems troubleshooting and maintenance
- Knowledge in industrial networking troubleshooting
- English proficiency
