- Optimise the use of personal time/effort and assigned work tools/resources in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality
- Evaluate impact of policy benefit changes for renewal / new business quotations by using actuary models, prepare recommendations for underwriters for accurate pricing
- Ensure claims data in data warehouses is accurate and support development of fully automated Risk Management Reports and Client Dashboards by running random check with claims departmnet to ensure that the taken recommenadtion are correct
- Analyze available claims data on existing business by applying medical knowledge and experience and to make recommendations from a medical perspective to improve policy performance
- Ensure data quality from a medical perspective by running random check with claims department to ensure that the taken recommenadtion are correct(e.g. coding, correct input of detailed claims information)
- Evaluate data warehouses from a medical perspective and integrate international trends on morbidity and mortality in order to get transparency in pricing impact.
