- To enable MEDGULF to meet and exceed its retail sales goals and profitable revenue targets by maximizing the sales and production of MEDGULF individual retail products (e.g. Individual Health Insurance – IDH; Individual Motor Insurance – IMC; Individual Travel Insurance -ITV) to customers To promote the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction by collecting claim requests from customers, forwarding them to the appropriate Claims section and following-up the process until timely completion and delivery of the appropriate coverage payments to clients
- To sell the maximum amount of MEDGULF products to the maximum amount of customers by obtaining complete product knowledge and displaying outstanding communication and sales skills
- To ensure that all required documents are submitted by the customer at the time of sale, so as to comply with the regulatory and SAMA requirements.
- To issue the policy to the customer by entering the particulars into the system so as to generate the premium amount and note, if applicable
- To collect claim requests from customers and delegate it to the Claims Department, following-up the process to ensure that customers have received their coverage payments.
- To generate daily reports of the sales and production and to make daily deposits of these amounts
- To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office so as to make a positive impression on the potential customers
- To implement MEDGULF policies, retail procedures and SAMA regulations in every stage of the Sales process
