Purpose:
Facilitating employee learning interventions to support the Business goal of developing “best
in class “employees within the welfare to work sector. The Learning & Development
Coordinator will play a crucial role in the identification of the current and future skills
requirements for Maximus Gulf.
You will support the Performance Improvement Manager in creating flexible learning
interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of all employee,
as well as promoting the creation of a learning culture that drives engagement in continuous
professional development.
You will be required to deliver exceptional training, coaching, mentoring and support to
employees at all levels to ensure colleagues are sufficiently skilled and experienced to
maximize performance.
