Marketing Manager, Food and Beverage Division

Assist in the development, creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, promotions and programmes, both short and long term, to support the company’s sales and revenue objectives
Direct agency partners on implementing all promotional/collateral materials and approved initiatives on the marketing calendar. Includes all steps from writing creative briefs to creative development through production, adhering to budgets and post programme measurement
Follow up frequently (twice a week on average) on how social media advertising is optimised
Manage defined marketing budget dedicated to local restaurant support and direct areas of management
Manage strategy, lead messaging calendar and develop materials for:
eClub database growth and retention
Social and online media
Third party conversion tools: OpenTable, Trip Advisor, Zomato, etc
Manage cross-departmentally and across levels to drive timely results
Manage communication with Joint Venture Partner, including telephone calls, written documentation and emails
Support the field teams with their marketing communication and advertising needs
Measure and communicate sales and profit results of completed programmes
Maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
Lead, manage and develop Guest Relations. Serve as a thought leader to improve processes, reporting, communication and steps for resolution
