- Knowledge and proven ability of construction techniques with equipment with emphasis on soil mechanics, foundation, structure steel, and roof system.
- Has demonstrate through working knowledge of recognized buildings and codes such as the uniform building code (UBC) for equivalent standards.
- To create a stable base on the ground, placing scaffolding poles, attaching tubes to them, laying planks across scaffolding, fixing safety nets, and taking down scaffolding when work is complete.
