Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the product definition for E-commerce and advertising from opportunity analysis to final development and delivery
- Translate our go-to-market plan for product launches into an E-commerce environment and advertising sales that can be measured by defined KPIs
- Support the VP in devising and validating winning plans, successful delivery strategies, and product road maps
- Support creation, document and implement processes where needed to achieve desired strategies
- Own the E-commerce and advertising of consolidated projects’ scope, plans, budgets, actions, resourcing, and risks for all projects within the portfolio
- Planning and designing the projects and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
- Track the delivery of new products or services from projects to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and project governance arrangements.
- Track KPIs to measure success of product than can be broadly communicated to multiple stakeholders within the company, and control performance with the strategic recommendations associated.
- Supports UX team to design products best for an E-Commerce environment and drive user research and analytics
- Identifying opportunities to further improve on site customer experience
- Manage 3rd party relationships, identify and mitigate risks associated accordingly.
- Monitor and survey the industry trends, competitors, vendors, stakeholders and customers to understand the key metrics that drive the success of the business.
- Develop success metrics and ensure ability for on-going monitoring of post-launch results through analysis and reporting
- Drive continual product improvements and inform the product roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing customer research, market/competitive analysis, and product performance to haunt the forefront of online players.
Skills
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical tasks to senior and external parties. Prototype definition and track record managing small technical projects directly
