Present, in-service and sell technology products esp. health solutions e.g. HIS, PACS, LIS etc. and services to potential clients.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Business Development
Initiates, engages and leads strategic project initiatives.
Works with the HQ teams to develop strategies, tactics and program offerings.
Lead with selling activities in the territory with coordinate with GRID Tech sales team
Leverage overall GRID Tech portfolio, focus on account penetration
Initiate broader purchasing agreement and account conversion when required
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Focus on stakeholders (e.g. Purchasing Managers/ Hospitals Managers) for the territory in order to maximise business opportunities
Maintain customer knowledge by gathering information about account activities and potential, key decision makers, competitive participation, market share etc.
Support & Training
Demonstrate effective use of all sales tools and materials provided, to identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
MUST HAVES
A technical professional education or relevant degree required
Demonstrated track record in sales (5 to 7 years), preferably in the Medical Technology industry
Strong business acumen.
Sales driven, business minded and with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Proven ability in Sales and in growing a business
Advanced presentation and negotiation skills. Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Used to work independently with a high level of time management skills
Good IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and proficiency in using modern multi-media tools.
