About this Role

This is a design-oriented role that demands a high level of creative thinking paired with business/marketing acumen to breathe a fresh air of life into itcan. The selected person will prepare the formats and visual designs for all forms of marketing material that will leave the organization, 80% of the job is creatives design which requires marketing knowledge and cultural understanding of the targeted audience 20% is other designs for company etc. The position may also involve collaborations with the marketing campaigns we run for our clients.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Collaborating with teams to identify and create unique designs for various purposes

2.    Work in areas of marketing and advertising to create various creatives, that provide information about client’s offerings.

3.    Source content from the various teams around the company

4.    Create various static designs for brochures, presentations, proposals, business cards, product labels, and other related marketing materials

5.    Create dynamic designs for use on our website and other sites.

6.    Support in internal general graphics

7.    A candidate may be involved in the management of online marketing activities upon management discretion

8.    Attending creative meetings and assisting in brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects/marketing strategies & creating mood boards

Requirements to Apply

  • English and Arabic communication skills are essential
  • Analytical skills and creativity are required for the graphic designer
  • MUST have a portfolio of prior work experience 1-2 years
  • Highly organized and has the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • A visual thinker who can effectively and creatively put up all hisher thoughts on the canvas
  • Knowledge of branding, visual communication, user experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Master suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
  • Have to be very comfortable with online creatives concepts
  • Maintain branding consistency
  • Basic animation skills for social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe XD
