Hi We are Looking for General Accountant With SAP FI, AP-AR-GL Modules With 5 yrs Experience For my Middle east office
Candidate must be ready to join is preferable General Ledger Ensure that all accounting entries are supported with valid documentation
Ensure posting of sub ledgers is performed on timely basis and in accordance with month end closing procedure
Prepare various reports and analysis of GL accounts and prepare comparative statement between period to period
Perform GL reconciliation with sub ledger on monthly and annual basis
Create GL reports for management related to journal vouchers summaries, accounts analysis, period closing, trial balance and others as required
Ensure that all period end transactions have been recorded Accounts Receivable
Ensure all receivable transactions are captured in a timely manner with all supporting documents Review and maintain accounts receivable aging reports and estimate provisions required for long outstanding receivables
Prepare and send confirmations to customers on a regular basis, investigate and resolve any discrepancies
