- Act as the main operator for Operations. Handle all Ministry and Governmental Procedures
- Act as a Super User for ISS2 implementation and assist other staff as required so as to ensure a smooth transition. Achieve 100% data integrity through year 2018.
- Main backup for services related to Operations movement’s i.e. Customs, Immigration and Coastguard and other clearances.
- Assisting in preparation / compilation of ISO reports.
- Cross training with other streams. Learn communication completely and must be able to operate independently for correspondence as we need at least two people who are able to handle this job.
- Ensure you have valid passes for all ports as well as well as valid driver’s license.
- Carry out and perform work as assigned within the Marine Services stream, which includes tanker, offshore and general cargo operations when instructed by HOD.
