Job Description

· Respond to and Resolve End-User's IT Request (opened by Ticket, Email, Phone Call).

· Respond to and Resolve assigned task by the supervisor or project manager/lead.

· Follow up on Tickets or Tasks in support queue.

· Communicate with the supervisor on pending tickets/tasks and escalate as necessary.

· Follow up on the open ticket with Other IT staff that have an urgency or priority.

· Support & Issue Resolution of Telephony system in the main building and site.

· Work with team Region Team members on assigned IT Project.

Skill

• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of IT Hardware & Software issues and resolutions.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Reading, Researching.
