Job Description

  • Recruitment and retention of all staff.
  • Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and  preservation of human capital.
  • Employee yearly performance appraisal management.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Assess training needs of Saudi staff and organize and conduct training workshop on a regular interval.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Monitor all legal formalities of new staffs (Medical, Iqama Issuance, Sponsorship change, Insurance, Baladiya.. Etc).
  • Monitor staff’s Iqama renewal, Insurance renewal, profession change, reentry and exit
  • RETAIL experience is a must..
