We are looking for HR Manager who drives, implements and maintains HR policies, processes and practices so that KONE attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. This task is performed in collaboration with the Management Team and by following guidance from Global/Area and/or Unit HR Directors. They support business leaders in the implementation of business strategy and implement and maintain HR initiatives to ensure the ongoing success of the organization by having an engaged and motivated workforce.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of HR processes
  • Facilitation skills
  • Labour law and industrial relations knowledge
  • Preferably experience in change and project management and coaching
  • Experience of web-tools is an asset
  • M.Sc.or Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • More than 8 years of experience in multinational companies
  • Fluency of English and local languages
