We are looking for HR Assistant who will perform following assignment under Supervision
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintain staff personnel files and keep records of sick/casual and annual leave.
2. Coordinate with branch/terminal in order to keep up-to-date personnel files.
3. Maintain record of employee passport, Iqama, license and make sure timely renewal.
4. Upkeep attendance record of staff.
5. Prepare new employees contract and letter as per company policy/guidelines.
6. Follow-up staff appraisal and ensure timely submission.
7. Maintain record of staff vehicle/allotment.
8. Typing Arabic letters as per the need.
9. Follow-up medical insurance claim and keep record up-to-date.
10 Arrange ERE and port passes. etc.
