Job Description

  • Ensures full and complete forecasting and reporting on operational and financial performance of the Medical Division.  Ensures the output from the commercial finance team is accurate and timely, aligning with company policies and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Leads the development and improvement of the Health Division Operating model through quality assurance support, and generation of insights on performance opportunities obtained through data modelling and reporting.
  • Assures the mitigation and management of enterprise risk associated with the Health Division, and deploys resources to ensure projects and initiatives drive value add improvement with apprpriate ROI.
  • Recruits, manages and develops talent in the organisation that builds leading Saudi competence in operational governance and oversight, delivers on high quality data management and is seen in the organisation as a go-to team for data and insights.
  • Builds a strong and capable quality improvement team, that is expert in the identification fo Fraud Waste and Abuse in Medical insurance
  • Chairs the Medical Division Risk Committee, and ensures an open and constructive dialog on risk identification, management and mitigation aligned with enterprise risk strategy.
  • Manages resource in the team to align with medical case load and policies consistent with positive customer outcomes.  Leads the design and implementation of financial and control processes to support oeprationaleffieiency and effectiveness without onerous demands.
  • Leads on operational data reporting and planning to assure capacity is available to deliver high levels of customer service
  • Developes industry leading practice on clear, consistent and accurate client and provider reports through the collection and analysis of  comparative data to suporoit decision making and improvement  in retention
  • Manage daily  tracking of claims and associated expenses, forecasts and provisions. Provide reporting necessary to make fast and appropriate decisions on variances to plan and trend expectations
  • Leads with the team on highly transparent and prioritised project management and quality improvement programs - ensuring clearly delivered plans and quantified outcomes that address business priorities.  Assures required level of business sponsorship on projects and appropriately challenges accountability and delivery outside of plan/ expectations.
  • Provide all data on claims trends, cost containment and operational cost control.
  • Provide regular management reports on business performance against plan and budget. Set stretching budgets and targets and enable business decision making on cost effectiveness
  • Develop required compliance reports and all internal KPI/ governance reports for health.
