Our client, a company which distributes Home Comfort Products, Light Commercial & VRF systems through an extensive dealer network requires a Country Manager for Saudi Arabia to head up the Distribution & Projects division for HVAC (Toshiba Residential & Light commercial) based in Saudi.
The main purposes of the position are for:
• Market segmentation: Deep dive into various product segments & verticals to identify the target segments and assist appropriate market strategy/action.
• Channel Development: Establish Channel partners for Light Commercial & VRF projects and dealers for Residential/Light Products distribution.
You will be expected to establish and execute a sales & marketing plan, plan and execute consultant coverage program, roll out a superior customer service program and report findings periodically to the head office in the UAE.
Suitable candidates will have an engineering degree with 15-20 years’ experience, 10 years of which should be in HVAC and 10 years based in Saudi Arabia.
You will have demonstrable skills in business development, network/channel management, account management & negotiation, strategic planning and be fluent in Arabic.
