Working at a Jewellery luxury brand , Sales and Marketing assistant work closely with customers to find what they want and ensure a smooth sales process.
The Sales and Marketing Assistant is responsible for daily sales operations at the store. Working closely with the assistant manger and sales manager in their daily responsibilities. Their work is correlated in a way that makes it very important to be active and link between team members. Market Research and marketing related to the Jewellery industry is part of the duties . Research about new and existing similar brands, shops, magazines, blogs, advertising campaigns.. Etc.
Researching about PR companies in the Middle East, Europe and the states, collecting data about editors, and creating a database for all the findings. The sales representative works closely with the assistant manager in following up with shipment, customers service, shop owners, and pending orders. Understanding our business development strategy and relate it to all research findings and how can it be applied in the most effective manner. This means connecting with buyers, editors, magazines, PR companies.. Etc. . Main tasks :
• Promotes/sells our products and services for existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Being a brand ambassador and representing the brand in its core essence. • Participates in trade shows and conventions.
The main skills required , Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them. Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have. Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends. Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job. other Skills : Computer Skills, Communication abilities (Arabic, English), Interpersonal skills ,Time management skills, Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, Able to work alone or with a team, Good multitasking skills and Well organized.
