Managing and supporting sales executive team in order to enhance and achieving the sales target by increasing number of Zain business customers, and to keep maintain the existing customers and providing high quality of service and high revenue.
Sales Target / Region
- Conducting Weekly meeting with the team to discussing the daily visits, sales achievements, Account managements, check Zain products knowledge & Competitor’s offers.
- Push the team to continuous following up with existing customers for up selling.
- Make sure the team aware about new products & update.
- Motivate and support the team to achieve their target.
- Provide the team with experience advices.
- Encourage and maintain the team spirit among the team members.
- Weekly shear visits with Sales Executives, to identify their weekly and strongly points, obstacles in closing deals, mega deals and exchanging experience.
- Check and ensure that all the sales executives are registering their daily visits and opportunities on SFA
- Check the validity of new deals documents & preparing the needed requests in order to send for activation team (Operation Team).
- Consolidate the sales executive’s daily visits & forecasts.
· Fill 100 % of vacancies and maximum annual staff turnover of 20% in order to be aligned with the Committed Hiring Plan
- Training the new team members to be effective sales men and keep the rest updated.
- Developing the team selling skills.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience
Sales, knowledge in Telecom product & Sales knowledge in Saudi Market minimum 5 years’.
Education and Certification Requirements
