This position is mainly in charge of hyper store management to achieve sales target through sales development plans based on market, channel and product category.
The key competency required on this position is an ability to make good negotiation and manage agreement with accounts for revenue growth by identifying consumers’ or customers’ needs reflecting market trends.
Reports and KPI analysis of each key account and monitor each account’s KPI to measure performance and identify opportunities for further improvement.
Cooperating with accounts, make a to a joint action plan to achieve goals through conducting business reviews and monthly business reviews to evaluate targets and by identifying opportunities for business development opportunities
The ideal candidate should be responsible for a team of merchandisers to maintaining and monitoring stocks and proper shelving according to the planogram
Should ensure availability of products in the category, organize shelves, arrange proper display materials, verify sufficient stock, etc.
Should be able to negotiate stock space/shelving whenever required
Should oversee deliveries; help Sales Team with special promotions; deal with customer queries, complaints, if any
Should make reports including market trends, competition, expiry, sales and promotion
Should maintain good customer relations, provide customer service and able to demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills
