Drive innovative promotions, menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice for all restuarants.
Lead and support all Food and Beverage teams in the achievement of their financial and operational targets.
Ensure the implementation of standards in guest service and constantly seek out ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits.
Liaises with culinary leaders on a variety of issues related to menu development and food presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and legal regulations.
Qualification / Job Requirements
A college degree in hotel/restaurant management is a must.
Previous food and beverage experience in setting up F&B concepts and/or franchise in a multi-outlet environment.
Have creativity and flair, and are able to evidence good business acumen, a strong work ethic and people-management skills.
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and purchasing to ensure maximum productivity.
Pro-active, responsible, able to work under pressure, deadline and flexible work hour.
Have passion for authentic hospitality and impeccable customer service with an eye for detail.
