Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage Department ensuring all service standards are followed.
  • Drive innovative promotions, menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice for all restuarants.
  • Lead and support all Food and Beverage teams in the achievement of their financial and operational targets.
  • Ensure the implementation of standards in guest service and constantly seek out ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits.
  • Liaises with culinary leaders on a variety of issues related to menu development and food presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and legal regulations.

Qualification / Job Requirements 

  • A college degree in hotel/restaurant management is a must.
  • Previous food and beverage experience in setting up F&B concepts and/or franchise in a multi-outlet environment.
  • Have creativity and flair, and are able to evidence good business acumen, a strong work ethic and people-management skills.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and purchasing to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Pro-active, responsible, able to work under pressure, deadline and flexible work hour.
  • Have passion for authentic hospitality and impeccable customer service with an eye for detail.
  • Pre-opening experience is a plus.
