Job Description

  • Conduct research to ensure training content is thorough, relevant, up to date and accurate at all times. Convert technical information into user-friendly, informative, interactive format.
  • Design, edit, and maintain all training curriculum / learning sessions. Select appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, lectures, simulation exercises, role-play situations, self-study, CBT, etc.
  • Attend to additional training projects and duties as assigned by Head of Training or Director of Operations as and when required.
  • Recommend curriculum and courseware improvements when appropriate and develop new curriculum or courseware as assigned.

  • Attend administrative, standardization, and instructor development meetings as assigned by Head of Training of Director of Operations.
  • Monitor all candidates under training to ensure satisfactory progress through the course and provide regular updates to Head of Training or Director of Operations as necessary.
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining all hard copy and computerised training records from classroom, to ATO operators ensuring all files are kept up to date at all times.
  • Ensure the courseware, training requirements, and companies objectives are continuallyy met by all attendees as stipulated in the applicableTraining Course Outline or as defined from time to time by the Head of Training
  • Ensure that course standards, training requirements, and objectives are met by all assigned trainees as stipulated in the applicable Training Course Curriculum.
  • Effective presentation and delivery skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate amongst related flight operations departments and related managers.
  • Able to convert technical information into user-friendly instructional and informative material.
  • Ability to clear articulate through written reports
  • Self-motivated to enhance effectiveness of all training material and continually improve the training process footprint.
  • Using needs analysis as a basis to prepare training objectives, lesson plans, tests, trainee guides.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of applications and able to use Multimedia as a training tool.
• High standard of written and spoken English and high levels of interpersonal skills
