We are working with a leading building supplies group in KSA that are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead their finance operations in Riyadh.
Responsibility:
- Business partner to the Business GM in matters of efficiency and strategy
- Support General Managers in analyzing performance and studying strategic moves
- Manage and coordinate the finance department in the company in an efficient way
- Generate financial reports that are accurate and reflective of the operational reality of the business
- Ensure accurate and consistent data flow regarding all of the financial accounts for the company
- Prepare fit-for-purpose monthly and quarterly analysis report for the Board
- Work with external and internal auditors in generating annual audited reports
- Manage company cash position and maintain strong bank relations
Ideally a Saudi male or female with a Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA or ACCA) and have a minimum 5 years of experience as a financial controller in the retail sector and 5 year financial experience in supporting company restructuring and/or transformation, including cost reduction experience. Previous experience in the building material sector is preferred and or retail.
