· 15 years’ experience in management of all events elements from initiation to completion and follow up, within approved schedules and budgets.
· Ability to conduct structured market research and proven capacity to gather/segment/utilize/monetize collected information.
· Experience in delivering compliance governance on all insurance, legal, health, and safety mandates.
· Excellent people skills to ensure proper events staff management and activities control.
· Passion and enthusiasm for collaborative work with marketing, PR, and digital media departments to promote and publicize events.
· Proactive, diligent, and effective approach to handling all issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems before or on events days.
· Good follow-through skills, and commitment to conduct pre and post event evaluations and reporting on outcomes.
· Good research skills to identify relevant event opportunities that generate interest and outcome, with excellent target market understanding.
