Job Description

To provide services to Senior Executives, and support services to managers and staff of the Company as regards liaising with various government agencies for the issuance or renewal of required legal documentation, and the follow-up or resolution of concerns with government entities to facilitate company business and personal transactions.

Key Result Areas / Key Performance Indicators:
Immigration and Passport Office Transactions
•Obtains Iqamas for newly hired employees and renews them before they expire.
•Processes exit-reentry visas for employees, and employee dependents, who require such visas for business travel or vacation leave.
•Processes exit-only visas for employees leaving the company on final exit.
•Applies for, extends and renews business visit visas.
•Processes the addition to the expatriate employees’ Iqama of the names of dependents who reside with him in Saudi Arabia

Labor Office Transactions
•Obtains work permits for new employees and renews them before they expire.
•Coordinates the processing of sponsorship transfer in cases of expatriate employees hired locally.
•As necessary, applies for the change of profession in the work visa.

Traffic Office Transactions
•Assists employees in the application for new driving licenses; renews expiring licenses.
•Processes registration of vehicles and renewal of the same on expiry.
•Liaises and works with third parties on settling damages from traffic accidents.
•Settles traffic citations and fines.
Chamber of Commerce Transactions
•Applies for company membership to the Chamber and the annual renewal of membership.
•Submits documents for authentication and stamping.

Dealings with other entities
•Makes the necessary follow-ups with local police authorities on all company and employee-related matters.
•Applies to the Municipal authorities for the issuance of health permits for workers of residential compounds.
•Meets-and-greets company visitors.
•Liaises with utility companies for procurement of service and/or settlement of bills.
