Supervise and direct all Front Office personnel React to situations to ensure guest receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the Hotel Respond to guests' needs and resolve related problems Support and assist Front Office personnel Ensure VIP guests receive special attention Inspect front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness Assist Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests Monitor appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff. Provide input for Front Office meetings Promote inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities Check billing instructions and guest credit for accuracy Analyze and approve discounts and rebates Analyze the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control Take action with the Management Information System (MIS) in emergency situation Report anything considered as health or safety hazard to be aware of the ISO Health and Safety Policy Resource Management People Management Continuous Improvement Reporting Safety, Quality & Environment Related Assignments 5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to the Assistant Front Office Manager or delegate. Interacts, cooperates with individuals within the Front Office Department. Interacts, cooperates with Department Heads and Hotel employees as appropriate 6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications: At least two years in a similar capacity Minimum Experience: At least 4 years in a similar field in 5 star hotel.
