Job Description

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company vision and mission
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Identify the manpower requirement by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with functional heads to discuss the needs and ensure timely closure of vacancies in all levels by recruiting quality candidates within the budget.
  • Evaluate the trainer’s performance and the effectiveness of training programs by assessing and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee engagement activities on a regular interval.
  •  Facilitating and monitoring performance appraisal across the levels against the KPI
  •  Be responsible for employee relations and employee succession planning and development
  • Checking the other departments and organization as a whole to ensure that all hr policies and process are being carried out in accordance with the company’s HR policies
  • Have responsibility for the management of all grievance and disciplinary issues and will support and advise management on disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and assist in disciplinary and grievance meetings when necessary
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Complete regular HR audits to ensure employee files, policies and procedures are up to date
