Our projects are technically complex and therefore the candidate will need to be proactive and dynamic in their approach. This is an opportunity for you as an experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager to develop your project management skills on a varied and challenging range of projects in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.Job Responsibilities:Provide End to End Project Management for local, regional or international projects, specific areas include (but not limited to): Project scope management and quality managementBe a focal point for communications and decisions for assigned project(s)Management of multi-disciplinary projects from inception to close outBusiness Development and Client Liaison Budgetary and financial responsibility for projectsPreparation and management of specifications, schedules, estimates, progress reports, meeting agenda’s and minutes, and procurement issuesPlan, agree and manage the budget and in accordance with key performance indicators, supervise cost-cutting measures where necessary, in liaison with the line manager, and develop an awareness of costs among staffMeets on-time and on-budget project goals and participates in the identification of and planning for future resource needsJob Requirements: A degree or equivalent certification in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science or related disciplineTypically more than two (2) years’ post graduate experience in building and constructionSelf-motivated, proactive, takes action and gets involvedExcellent interpersonal, communication and management skillsGoal-oriented and ability to meet multiple deadlines and handle pressureAble to resolve conflicts or lack of engagement by use of influencing skillsStrong attention to detail for administration of project informationProfessional attitude and approach to work
