We are looking to hire a competent applicants as a Data Entry Clerk to perform in our accounts section. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
  • Typing in data provided directly from customers
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Planning and distribution of relevant information
  • Handling online company accounts
  • Market research and development
  • Provide daily administrative support
  • Maintain company database
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Monitor all the incoming emails and assure to reply on time.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondences, memos, faxes and forms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry/admin work
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Basic Understanding with Social Media
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Graduate
